

Ground Source Heat Pumps
Rebates are $1,800 per unit and $2,000 per unit with a desuperheater. Units can be new construction or replacement, and must meet minimum Energy Star® requirements:
• Open loop must be COP of 3.6 or greater and EER of 16.2 or greater.

Closed loop must be COP of 3.3 or greater and EER of 14.1 or greater.•
Direct expansion must be COP of 3.5 or greater and EER of 15 or greater.Air Source Heat Pumps
Rebates range from $400 to $600 per unit based on Energy Star rating. They can be new construction, replacement or addon units.

SEER rating 15 but less than 16 is $500 per unit.•

Rebates range from $100 to $200 per unit based on Energy Star rating.

The rebate is $200 per unit for new construction or replacement. Units must be 50 gallons or larger with 90 percent
or greater energy factor. All water heaters must be enrolled in the Switch Makes Cents load control program.
Building Insulation
The rebate for insulation is 30 percent of installed insulation cost up to maximum
of $500 per building. Qualifying buildings must have electric heat as the primary heat
source.The insulation must be professionally installed by a registered contractor.
Insulation that qualifies for rebate includes blown-in, insulating concrete forms, rigid Styrofoam panels or structural insulated panels.
Appliance Recycling
Participate in our appliance recycling program and turn your old refrigerator, freezer or window air conditioner in for a $25 rebate per appliance. Limit three appliances per member.
There is a $25 rebate per unit for Energy Star models.
Appliances
There are rebates for Energy Star appliances including clothes washers, $50; refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers $25 each. The maximum appliance rebates per member-consumer account is $250.
